When it comes to choosing between AgilePM or PRINCE2 Agile for your organization, it’s important to consider your current situation and goals.
It’s not possible to say which one is better because the decision should be based on your organization’s unique circumstances. Factors such as your current way of working should be taken into account:
- If you are already using PRINCE2, then it would be best to adopt PRINCE2 Agile.
- If you have an existing agile project management process, it’s recommended to look at both frameworks to see if they can provide options to enhance your best practices.
- If you’re starting from scratch, AgilePM is a credible and cost-effective option that has been around since the mid-nineties.
While PRINCE2 Agile is more recognizable worldwide as a “brand” and has more comprehensive guidance on agile methodologies, AgilePM can be the quicker and cheaper option for organizations.
